When you take your computer into be repaired, quite often, if it’s over a certain age they may say it’s vintage and won’t work on it – most people are told they will need to buy a new one at this point but it’s not necessarily the case.
Bring it in and I’ll have a go at fixing it up for you.
Another common misconception is that the hard drive is soldered in place and you can’t replace it. This isn’t necessarily true in all cases. If you’re in doubt, it’s always best to bring your faulty MacBook in so I can check it out for you. If it’s a solid state hard drive, I shouldn’t have any issues with replacing it.
Perhaps you’ve spilt something on your MacBook?
If your MacBook has had an encounter with one of its arch enemies (water, coke, coffee or wine), there still may be a chance that I can save it so you won’t have to purchase a new one.
If any of the above apply to you, (or perhaps you have another concern) please feel free to call me on 0415 599 044. You can also leave an enquiry HERE and I’ll contact you at a time most convenient for you.
